Game of skill terms & conditions (BioCeuticals Competition in Retail Pharmacy Assistant Magazine)
1) Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility to enter
3) Entry is only open to:

4) All permanent full-time and part-time employees, as well as contractors” of the Promoter (and their immediate families), participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotional period
5) Promotion commences 1 August 2025 at 12:00PM AEST and closes 30 September 2025 at 11:59pm AEST ("Promotional Period").
How to enter
6) To enter, individuals must then undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:
- Read the article on BioCeuticals UltraBiotic IBS in the August 2025 edition of Retail Pharmacy Assistant Magazine and/or emails from Retail Pharmacy Assistant during August 2025
- Follow the link http://bioceuticals.com.au/rpa-competition ) in the article to submit their entry. By following the link, the entrant will be required to answer three (3) questions and enter in their contact details, full name phone number and email address.
7) During the Promotional Period, an Eligible Entry means the entry form is completely answered and the privacy policy is consented to.
8) A limit of one entry applies per person per Promotional Period.
Winner date and time
9)) The draw will take place on 1 October 2025
10) The first 10 valid entries from the list of entrants will be the winners of a $100 eGift card on the Prize Draw Date (1st Oct 2025).
Determination of Winner
11) All eligible entries will be placed into a random draw. Entries will be drawn at random until an entrant is selected who correctly answers three (3) skill-based questions. Only entrants who answer all three questions correctly will be eligible to win the prize. If a drawn entrant does not correctly answer all three questions, their entry will be deemed ineligible to win, and further entries will be drawn until an eligible winner is determined.
12) This is a game of skill in determining the winner.
Prize
13) There are ten (10) prizes to be won “Prize”. The prize being:
1 of 10 x $100 GiftPay voucher. Sent directly to the 10x winner's registered email address.
Each eGift is valid for up to 36 months (3 years) after the delivery date. When a gift recipient selects how they will redeem their gift by choosing a participating merchant's egift card or voucher, the validity of that portion of the eGift Card may change.
14) The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of the winners accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Prize delivery
15) Prizes will be delivered to the email address nominated by the Eligible Entrant.
Winner notification
16) Winners will be notified within 24 hours of the draw taking place in writing by email.
Unclaimed prizes
17) All Prizes will be distributed during or after the close of the competition.
18) If a prize remains unclaimed within three (3) months after the Prize Draw Date, an unclaimed Prize draw will be held at 20 Jubilee Avenue, Warriewood NSW 2102, Australia on (19/12/2025) at (10am AEST) subject to the approval of any necessary regulatory authority (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”).
19) Winners of Unclaimed Prizes will be notified in writing to the email address provided at the time of entry.
20) The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, the Promoter may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the competition.
Use of Eligible Entrant’s personal information
21) Personal information including the Eligible Entrant’s name, address, telephone number and e-mail, will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including local regulatory authorities and the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers for the purpose of conducting the competition (Purpose).
22) Eligible Entrants may access, change or update their personal information by emailing the Promoter on [email protected] during office hours. A copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy is available at www.blackmores.com.au/privacy. The privacy policy contains information about how individuals may access or correct personal information or make a privacy related query.
GiftPay uses the information you provide to contact you or to send you information and announcements concerning GiftPay services and websites. General conditions
23) The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
24) If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
25) Should an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change during the Competition Period, it is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided as part of the redemption of the Prize should be directed to the Promotor.
26) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an Eligible Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
27) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition.
28) Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without compensation or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
29) In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
30) If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
31) Prizes, or any unused portion of a Prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash, unless otherwise specified.
32) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
33) Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking of a Prize.
34) The laws of New South Wales apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
