Important update: Temporary delay to order dispatch for WA customers only.

Dear Valued WA Customer,

As always, we would like to thank you for your continued support as a valued Blackmores Group customer and we’re making improvements behind the scenes to better serve you.

Blackmores is undergoing a Warehouse move in WA, which will help us create a more efficient and reliable way to deliver our products to you.

What this means for your orders

To support this transition, there will be a temporary pause in order dispatched in WA only for approximately one week in early May 2026. During this time:

  • Orders can still be placed and will continue to be processed.
  • Dispatch will temporarily pause while we complete the warehouse move.
  • Once dispatch resumes, orders will be shipped in the order they were received.

Key dates to know

  • Guaranteed last order date: Tuesday, 5 May 2026
  • Last order dispatch: Friday, 8 May 2026
  • Dispatch from warehouse begins: Monday, 18 May 2026

Please note:

  • Orders placed on 6–7 May may be dispatched before the pause, but this cannot be guaranteed.
  • Orders placed from 8 May onwards will be dispatched from 18 May, in the order they are received.

If you’d like your order delivered before the pause, we recommend placing it by 5 May 2026.
