BioCeuticals Clinical Supply & Sale Policy
The BioCeuticals Clinical product range is a Practitioner-Only, Clinic-Only range, developed specifically to meet the needs of practitioners in private practice. These terms reinforce that all BioCeuticals Clinical products are designated practitioner-only and must be recommended and/or dispensed by a Qualified Healthcare Professional in Australia and New Zealand in private practice, however, nothing in these terms restricts any practitioner from making its own decision in relation to pricing of products and setting its own prices.
BioCeuticals Clinical is only available to practitioners who can demonstrate operation of a private clinic space.
BioCeuticals Clinical is not automatically available to existing account holders, or to those opening a new account with BioCeuticals. BioCeuticals Clinical is available through a separate application process to ensure the mandate of strictly private clinic environments is maintained.
BioCeuticals Clinical is open to the following healthcare professionals, in private practice:
naturopaths, nutritionists, dieticians, herbalists, acupuncturists, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practitioners, chiropractors, osteopaths, homeopaths, general practitioners, registered nurses, specialists, physiotherapists and dentists
This policy serves to outline best practice use for the BioCeuticals Clinical range. Notwithstanding any other rights of BioCeuticals or its local distributor under this or other policies, BioCeuticals or its local distributor reserves the right to alter this policy at any time without notice, and may exercise its own discretion when it comes to how our brand(s) are being represented within individual accounts.

This range is available to accredited college clinics, who are under full time supervision of a qualified practitioner.
1 (c) This range is only available for purchase by undergraduate students who are in their final year of training to become a Qualified Healthcare Practitioner and only for personal use. Newly graduated students must reapply for access to the BioCeuticals Clinical range as a Qualified Healthcare Professional as stated within this policy.

1 (f) Private Clinics with existing BioCeuticals accounts will need to read and submit a signed copy of this policy to access BioCeuticals Clinical.
Wherever a signature is required under the terms of this policy, BioCeuticals in its discretion may permit electronic acceptance of the policy to be used (eg using a Docusign option).
1 (g) BioCeuticals Clinical is a secondary category within our Practitioner Only range, and as such, must only be supplied following a consultation. Accounts will be required to demonstrate they have a private area in which to conduct their consultations, in order to qualify for the range.
1 (h) The Qualified Healthcare Professional dispensing (including by Patient Ordering System) BioCeuticals Clinical, will take responsibility for any communications with BioCeuticals with regards to faulty products, adverse reactions or similar for which a patient seeks a replacement or refund. Patients are not to contact BioCeuticals directly for these matters, and in doing so, will be referred back to their prescribing practitioner to complete the correct chain of communication with our Practitioner Support team
1 (i) BioCeuticals Clinical is only available once signing and returning this policy agreement as part of the application process. All accounts must return a signed copy of the policy, in order to gain access to the BioCeuticals Clinical range.

1(k) It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that any purchaser of the products adheres to the requirements of this policy if the purchaser re-sells the products
Section 2 – Requirements for Dispensing
2 (a) BioCeuticals Clinical is a secondary category within our Practitioner Only brand, BioCeuticals. As such, products must only be supplied following a consultation. BioCeuticals recommends that standards for consultations and patient records should be maintained according to professional standards set out by the Ethics and Code of Practice (or similar rules of conduct) to which the individual Qualified Healthcare Professional is ethically bound.
2 (b) BioCeuticals Clinical is designed as a prescriptive range, available only in the relationship between a patient and their practitioner.
2 (c) BioCeuticals will provide labels that we recommend be affixed upon dispensing of the BioCeuticals Clinical range. These labels must be signed and dated by the dispensing practitioner.
2 (d) BioCeuticals does not condone the dispensing of products on behalf of other practitioners without their written consent. In cases where written consent is not obtained from the patient’s practitioner; the acting Qualified Healthcare Professional who wishes to dispense a BioCeuticals Clinical product(s) must assume responsibility of the patient care and treat as they would any new patient.
2 (e) BioCeuticals Clinical is prohibited from being dispensed or sold from a retail space, through social media or auction websites.
2 (f) A Qualified Healthcare Professional is permitted to use the BioCeuticals-facilitated Patient Billing System to supply their own patients online if necessary.
2 (g) Notwithstanding any other rights of BioCeuticals or its local distributor under this or other policies, BioCeuticals or its local distributor reserves the right to follow up with the relevant Government Accredited Healthcare Related Professional Association where an issue involves the BioCeuticals brand, products or reputation.

3 (a) The BioCeuticals Clinical range must be kept in a private dispensing area within the clinic. It must be in an area excluded from public access and out of reach from the general public
3 (b) Pricing of supplements is at the discretion of the dispensing practitioner. BioCeuticals will provide Recommended Retail Price (RRP) costs to you, the practitioner, as a guide only.
