Dose

Shake well before use. Squeeze gently. Mix in water or juice and consume immediately.

Adults: Take 3 drops (116 microlitres) once a day, or as professionally prescribed.

For the maintenance of levels in individuals 65 years and over: Take 5 drops (193 microlitres) once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Do not exceed 5 drops in a day.

• This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

• Contains ethanol 10.1% v/v as a preservative. 
• If you have any pre-existing conditions or are on any medications always talk to your health professional before use.
