Clinical Mastery - Living in a viral world - Part 2 ( 2 x 60 minute sessions) - 2022

Session 1 Post-Viral Syndromes: New Paradigms and Perspectives for Patient Care

The clinical management of post-viral syndromes requires a broad and multifaceted understanding of the pathophysiology behind post-viral fatigue and its neuroinflammatory clinical correlates.

Infection with SARS-CoV-2 world-wide has exponentially accelerated the need to connect multi-system function and assessments when the patient remains mysteriously unwell three months past the acute stage of viral illness. It has become necessary to apply a holistic, chronic disease approach to the unexpected fatigue syndrome sequelae, with integrative and naturopathic practitioners well placed to assess and support these patients.

This webinar will cover the key relevant strategies in post-viral syndromes including immuno-metabolism, endothelial dysfunction, and mast cell activation.

Presented by Medical Practitioner, Dr Christabelle Yeoh.

Session 2 A Case of Long Covid

This 60-minute case-study session is the result of close collaboration between Dr Christabelle Yeoh and BioCeuticals. Naturopathic Educators, Natalie Koshka and Sarah Clarke will draw on a real-life clinical case study to ensure you can effortlessly integrate Dr Yeohs’ research highlights and treatment insights into your clinical practice and manage patients with long covid with greater confidence.
