Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 15 mg
Pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate (P5P) (active vitamin B6) 31.24 mg
equiv. to pyridoxine (vitamin B6)
20 mg
Calcium folinate 694 micrograms
equiv. to folinic acid (activated vitamin B9)
500 micrograms
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 500 micrograms
Serine 50 mg

Dose

Adults: Take 1 capsule once a day, or as professionally prescribed.
