Silica maintains the health of hair, nails, collagen, bones, joint cartilage and tendons. It also helps support bone mineralisation, bone mass and bone strength in premenopausal women.

The vegan, citrus flavoured oral liquid provides convenience and ease of dosing.

Serving Type: Oral Liquid
Available in Sizes: 500mL oral liquid Dosage: Adults: Take 5mL by measure (1 metric teaspoon) once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Mix in water or juice adn consume immediately. Shake well before use.
