Personalised Medicine for Reproductive Health
Restoring hormonal balance through the gene-diet-environment axis

Hormone disorders and fertility issues are more common place today than ever before. Current statistics indicate a significant rise in conditions such as PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, endometriosis and menstrual disorders, while one in six couples struggle with infertility.

Diet and environment play an important role in endocrine health and fertility due to the influence on hormone synthesis and metabolism, inflammatory status and cellular health. We are now also learning about the strong influence genetics plays in the development of these conditions. This seminar aims to review the key hormonal and biochemical imbalances associated with the above conditions, how to identify hormonal and immune imbalances, plus suggested interventions to support positive patient outcomes.
