Managing the Drivers of Cancer
This seminar will provide an overview of cancer as the result of a confluence of multiple factors. The process of carcinogenesis will be assessed as one influenced by both extrinsic systemic conditions as well as by intrinsic cellular aberrations. Armed with this holistic understanding, practitioners will be equipped to identify individual risk factors and will have the underlying rationale for comprehensive prevention and management strategies.
