Venue Information

Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney are offering a special rate of $295 per night for delegates wanting to stay at the symposium venue.

Alternate options
The Shangri-La hotel is centrally located on 176 Cumberland St, The Rocks. It is a 400 metre walk from Circular Quay station and 500 metre walk from Wynard station.

Parking
The charge for the use of the Car Park for in-house guests is at A$58.00 per vehicle (from 1500H day of check in to 1400H following day), which allows for one arrival and one departure.

Public Transport
Taxi

It takes approximately 30 minutes to drive to the hotel from the international airport. During peak hours, it takes a minimum of 40 minutes to reach the hotel. Taxis are available directly outside the domestic and international terminal. One-way cost is approximately AUD 50 on a metered fare.
Train
Airport Link is located directly beneath the International T1 and Domestic T2 and T3 terminals. There is service to most city stops, including Wynyard station and Circular Quay station, which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The cost is $15 per person.

The conference dinner will provide an opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet new colleagues. You will be treated to a beautifull three course meal with wines as well as a captivating presentation & entertainment which to leave you feeling inspired & energised.
